I went to the track Friday and only got 2 solid passes in until my clutch started slipping
. My best was 11.6@122 with a 1.7 60ft. My best mph was 125. It was also 82 degrees out. I only got a total of 8 passes with my new exedy twin that I installed in the fall. I was very upset
. Then I got home and found my clutch fork stopper just needed to be adjusted out
. It was preventing the clutch from fully engaging. Its holding the power again but im sure I caused some premature wear on the clutch because of this happening. So if you have one of these stoppers be sure to check the adjustment on it because as the clutch wears the stopper will need adjustment. Im going back July 10th weather permitting.
