Budget track car: Evo 6.5 RS

I've decided to build my car into an all out track car to import it for racing, but like many of us I've got only a limited budget to work with. I started with a 2000 TME RS w/ 50,000 miles.
Previous mods I know of are:

Evo V GSR Recaro driver seat
SS brake lines
Sard 265 l/ph hardwired fuel pump
Clutch type front LSD(brand ??)
Engine mounts

Everything I've pick up so far has been a great deal. I want to see how much I can get done for on a budget It's a work in progress and I will upgrade some of the safety stuff(Harness, cage) if I can bring the car back to the states. My mods so far include:

Evo VII Tephramod ECU
Evo IX DV & Oilcooler
PTE 1000cc injectors
Wedsports TC-005 17X8
Rigid rear strut tower bar
Racetech RT9009 seat (Kevlar/Carbon)
Evoscan GPS
Willan 5pt harness(plan to go 6pt)
LC-1 Wideband O2
MAP O2 downpipe
Comp Clutch Stage 2 unsprung disk
CC lightweight flywheel
Buddyclub specII exhaust
Amsoil 4.5" cone air filter
GM 3 port BCS
Tein RA coilovers(not yet installed
Baer Eradispeed 2-piece front rotors
EBC NDX Bluestuff brake pads
Amsoil Engine/driveline fluids
Endless brake fluid

I'm open to suggestion on what route to go, let me know what you think.

Thanks. No engine bay shots, it's close to stock. I'll post some when I get a chance.

Evo 6 TME RS? I'm lost a bit. I've never heard of this trim for the E6. I know there are TME's RS's, GSR's and even RS2's but...................????

I am almost positive that all TME's started out as RS' so to say its a TME RS is the same as saying its a TME.

Regular TME are GSR's w/ AYC, rear wiper, soundedning, Recaro seats, auto locks windows, etc. The RS has none of this like the other year models. They produced less than 361 TME RS's, so they are very rare. UK got 5 that RalliArt UK called the Monte Carlo. I've attached the Japanese brochure showing the options and you can see there is both a GSR and RS, there is definate difference. Japan didn't have RS2's but you could get options like A/C and brembo's like my car has on the RS. I was lucky to come across one

My avatar is also a brochure pic of an RS

The seating position is off with the japanese seat mounts I'm using. I have to readjust it, Racetech's seat mount points are a bit different than most Japanese seats.
