actually i do think a garage is the way to go, i gotta see where tho. Even tho they say @ my job if you bring your car to work during a hurricane since you have to work, if anything happens to it, my job will cover all damages. BUT only catch is, I WORK in the EVERGLADES so we're the first to flood!

If the eye is passing thru mainland of florida you shouldn't be too bad off. Best best is go park it in the key west airport parking garage. Lol. May seem stupid but it may be worth it

My advice, park it against a wall of some sort, whether it'd be a cement or tall grass bush wall. Also, do not park under or near by trees. If you have a car cover, definitely use it.

but seriously, I would think a good solid parking structure w/ multiple levels, and park your car in a corner (first level) , where there is NO open doorways, etc. and pray for the best!

I would drive it as far as i could away from where the hurricane is suppose to hit and park it in a storage facility ..They are gated and have security for the most part ..
