Okay so last night I was out with some friends and as we were getting ready to leave the bar I lowered all my windows about half way being I never use my a/c.... so we took off to get some food along the way to my friends house. While ordering(drive-thru) I noticed it was starting to rain lightly so started raising all the windows both windows on the driver side went up but neither of the passenger side windows did........so I dropped everyone off and got home and my windows are still stuck the other side works just fine does anybody have suggestions/advice over what it could be or what to do?

 

Get a RS. Haha. Jk. It's probably something mechanical maybe a fuse or could be an actuator I think that's what it would be..

 

Actually I was really close to getting a WW 04 RS originally haha......but yeah that's what I figured as well but if it was a fuse wouldn't that affect my ability to roll up any of my windows?

 

Fuses are weird, sometimes they might work and sometimes they might not. Just try it out and see if that fixes the problem. Did you disconnect your battery recently?

Too bad you didn't get it, cuz that's what I have. WW 04 RS. heh.

 

Hmm I actually did dissconnect my battery when I swapped my clutch.....hmm I'll check it out....

 

may sound stupid but mine did the same thing just the driver window worked out of all the windwos and it happened to be my window lock button try that.

 

You may have a faulty main switch. Do you know someone else to swap the main switch with.

 

i believe there are fuses for either side of car. Check all fuses.
