Exedy clutch question
Just wondering how many ppl are running the exedy cerametallic hd clutch and what power are you making on it? Also a quick review on it would be nice.

twin disks will only last 15k-20k depending on the way you drive, these kind of clutch are not design/made for every day driving even though people use them that way...IMO if u daily drive ur car, get an act or some kind of good combination single disk and most of them handle up to 400 whp.

I love my exedy twin hd!! Only has a few hundred miles on it but it is great,Engages super smooth,Clutch pedal feels stock and personally,I don't mind rebuilding every 20k miles or so if need me...$450 every yr or so is nothing..
there's nothing wrong with ACT clutches.
I'm with odub
I've had great success with my ACT HDSS clutch kit 25k miles and ever since I installed solid underhood shifter bushing I never see lock out issues
knock on wood

i think the twin disk is an overkill, for a 400 whp, and the chattering gets annoying too...whoever said that the pedal feels like stock i CAN guarantee you that its false and the pedal doesnt feel like a stock clutch, but as for ACT, it has been around for awhile and the lock up issue is an overblown thing, it has happened to 1% of evo/dsm owners.
