Twitching sound need help

I noticed that there was a slight twitching sound in the center console and I want to know how i can get this to stop making a weird rattling noise. It only happans once in a while so i dont know whats wrong.. any help is appreciated.

Sorry man, that's hard to diagnose. Perhaps you can start disassembling some things and take a look around. Maybe something broke off or is loose?

Mine rattles every single bottle or can in the cupholders. Not sure if that's your case, try tightening all of the screws that fasten it to the car to make sure nothing is lose.
