O2 Sensor Extender

What do i need to keep the CEL off when putting a test pipe, a sensor extender or a spark plug nonfouler?? Can you buy these at the local auto store?? And what size is our o2 sensors, 18mm just like the rest??

which ones the extenders or the spark plug fouler?? I did go to autozone and asked them about o2 sensor extender and they said they dont have such thing, so i ordered this from ebay

got the same thing.........800 miles and counting no cel......
i also packed the extenders with steel wool

perrin used to sell an O2 cheater that splices into you O2 sensor wiring... thats what i used and no check engine light

Agreed, Ebay. I bought one but never used it, my Greddy Comp TI already came with one. Works great! No CEL.

You were suppose to have asked about spark plug foulers. EVery part store has them, someone above already gave the you part number PN 42009 or PN 42002.

k i got the 42002 spark plug nonfouler, now the o2 sensor does not fit inside the plug fouler, the sensor is too long and does not screw in the fouler.

you might have to see what works for you . i have the hks full exhaust and had to get 2 4009 and 1 4002 together to work . anti-foulers btw

i also got HKS tbe, so you saying i need both??? but its not the hks pipe its the o2 sensor itself, its too long to screw in the foul??

i know its not the pipe . im just saying for mine i had to extend it even more . that is why i used 3 in total. first try it with 2 . just drill a 1/2 inch hole in one then put the o2 sensor through the one that is drilled and put the undrilled on top. then connect it to the pipe . remember to disconnect the negative first to clear it . drive it around then see if it still goes on. if it does you might have to extend it more.

got you now, so the TRICK is to drill that damn hole lol, thats the problem i was having, i could not fit the sensor in lol.
