Thanks for all the tips guys ill suck it up and get it tuned soon. I cant imagine the car being any more fun to drive lol.

The cord in the car is actually pretty long, and it breaks in the middle and almost has what looks similar to a headphone jack plug in and plugs into a cord that is strung into the middle console, I have no idea where it goes - Ill go take some pictures now

that is the output serial gauge for the wideband. I am guessing you have an innovate. Judging off of what you have posted, it sounds like the car is on the stock tune. The 22.4 is the leanest your wb02 will read. When your car has zero load and is under deceleration, this is completely normal. As for the serial port, I have a Serial - USB converter for that.

If you need guidance you can PM me and I will be more than happy to assist you.

The first picture is a D9 - RS232 cable connection (9 pins) and was found on older laptops. Newer laptops have USB for their serial connection, and have something that looks like D9 but is actually 15 pin VGA connection for an external monitor.

You probably need this to convert your USB to SERIAL:

look under the drivers side dash and see if you have a cable plugged into the obd port, if you do then you also have a tactrix cable

The 1/8" female could be iPod input or something.

It uses a serial AND an 1/8" plug? What does the 1/8" plug do?

the serial cable is the same cable as the 1/8", one end is serial and the other is the 1/8". its for logging the wideband. you can see it in the pic where it says "tune"
