Another Evo sold

I just want say thanks to everyone on this forum that had advised, made recommendation and answered to questions I had. I sold my Evo about a month ago (non-member) of this forum. It was fun reading all the posts and discussing on different topics. Thanks again all, feel free to check out few things I posted for sale.

That sucks that you had to sell the car but I am sure I was for a good cause. Hopefully you can get back into one again someday.

Sometimes we all have to do what's best... I am sure I will be working on something again in the future. Thanks.

Hey all, it's been four long years since I logged in last to this site right after I sold my IX MR. I apologize if some of you had questions in the past that I never got to answer. As some of you have said in the previous posts above "you will be back", that was true. Thank you! Long story short I have moved to TX three years ago and now I am starting to look for an Evo X. That's right. I am excited to even start the search for my new Evo. After I sold my MR I have owned BMW 325 (sold) and M3 E46 series (wrecked in a six-car pileup, wasn't my fault, on the famous 635 highway) here in Dallas TX. I currently drive a Chrysler 300C with 5.7 HEMI. It's very different from anything I have owned in the past. But in the good way though. My wife and I took a road-trip from TX to Maine and back, 4650 miles in 14 days. The HEMI didn't even feel the trip. LOL
Anyways I am staring to look for an Evo X. My wife and I planning to have kids, so a more civilized ride feel from what I am used to in my IX MR would be refreshing especially for the little one. Just wanted to chime and say "I'm back!"

Looking forward to discussion with everyone.

haha welcome back. I did the same thing. A little thank you and goodbye post since this site was so helpful. A year an a half later I was back. Both 03's though.

As a parent with a IX, kids give literally zero ****s about a rough ride . My son flips out when he doesn't get to ride along. The X is safer on paper, but its not a IX.

And this is the reason why I keep going back and forth about selling my evo. As much trouble as its given me I just can't think of anything that would replace it and NOT have me wanting to go back the platform.

Welcome back.
