there wasn't a MR edition in 04, that started in 05, also the roof is aluminum in the MR and RS versions. in 06 of course the mivec started but it was only on the intake side, then the evo X started mivec on both exhaust and intake sides.

04 has a 9.8 hotside on the turbo, 05 had a 10.5 hotside on the turbo. both are evo 8s. in 2006 the evo 9 came out with the evo 9 turbo

 

ACD PEOPLE! The 04 Evo has an open front diff, the 05 has three LSD's, front center and rear and the center one has the Tarmac, Gravel, and snow.
