I'm looking for good injectors that will give me no cold start or warm start issues.

FIC 2150 or ID 2000 are your best bet. You will definitely need a double pumper.

Sometime WOT at cranking would knock that down to 1-2x attempts to start when warm. No amount of tuning sorted that out. Though it starts just fine on e85 across the entire range.

The PTE 1200s pretty much have just a 6 giant nozzles, no wonder.

Wow crazy. I have noticed the same issue when starting with my PTE 1200s. I'm at right around 400 whp on Mustang Dyno and no longer plan on E85 so 1200s are starting to seem like a mistake.

If I were to get smaller injectors do you guys think I would need a whole new tune or could my current tune just be adjusted and sent to me?

To be on the safe side of things I would get re-tuned (IMO.)

Your tuner should be able to get you sorted out rather quickly though.

FIC1100s and a Walbro or the new DW300 fuel pump are good for 650+ whp on pump gas. If you want total overkill for pump gas or have any inkling to run E85, then the new FIC1680s with the DW300 fuel pump are a good choice.

I'm looking at the FIC 1250 Bluemax inj. for my car when my setup is complete which will consist of bbk full, gsc s2 cams, other supporting mods and 93 oct. Will these injectors b compatible enough with my setup? Only reason I want to go with them is because of the good driveability I heard about them and 1250cc is the lowest the Bluemax series come in.

I've run the FIC injectors in several of my cars from Hondas to Subarus to my Evo, and have always enjoyed their product and their willingness to spend time on the phone with you to make sure you get the right thing.

injector dynamics are by far some of the best injectors ive ever had... cold start was perfect (but has alot to do with the tuner)

ID's are superior to any other injector on the market IMO

The Bosch new technology Injector is superior to any injector on the market.

ID and FIC are the same injector just modified differently
