looking for info on a new intake.

I currently have the stock hose from turbo to air box, but took out the box and put in an Hks shroom filter. I've been looking at this samco intake tubing but not sure if it would fit directly onto the turbo and MAS. If you know plz post.

If it doesn't, does anyone know a different intake hose that does fit directly onto a stock turbo/MAS

You could make any intake fit the turbo/maf with the right coupler. I believe most kits come with the couplers to fit stock turbo/maf unless they say otherwise. ETS kit does for sure.

If they come with the right couplers, then yes. Never bought either, so I can't say 100% yes or no. You can always call them.

The Samco will work, it's a nice tube. The other good thing about silicone vs. metal intake pipes is you can trim them to fit your certain setup.

the stock air box is better for cold air with the ram, on a warm car on a dyno, it would hold hp much longer than an open filter that heatsink on the engine

I use the Samco coupler hooked straight to the turbo inlet without any modifications. I have trimmed the MAF side a little to gain a bit more room on that side to retain the stock air box with a Speed Element filter inside. Works great, super stealth and made the numbers in my sig with it. I really like the Samco hose for it's user friendliness and the fact that it doesn't scream modified when Johnny Law pops the hood.

There is a pic of my setup on page 7. This was all with the Samco. Best of all it was pretty cheap for everything involved.
