Hey which iridium plugs should i use? the laser iridium comes stock with the car and said to gap at 0.032 but with my mods, gap them .026? please let me know asap

At stock boost levels you will be fine. You will not need to change until you run higher boost and get a colder heat range. Gap them like stated above, if you go higher you might get blow out at lower ambient air temp charges.

I've run BPR7EiX, never had a problem. Funny thing is I have always read that some cars to not like the protruding tip and go with the BR7Eix.
