high idle on stock 9

i thought i had this problem solved yesterday after replacing the ISC (used) (before it used to stutter when the a/c was turned on) now when i let it cool down for a few hours my idle will hold between 1,500 an 2,000... but heres the thing this will only happen until i actually start moving for about a minute the you can feel the high idle then no matter how many times u stop its fine at 1,000rpm, and the car is 100% stock
pleases help... new evo owner

Yup I tried that first.. And as we speak I'm heading out to swap out the sensor and when I put it in neutral while moving my idle bounces between 1,800 and 1,500

The car is going to idle higher until it is warm. Nothing out of the ordinary

Eventually it drops to just over 1k 1050 most probably but never less than that

This is normal, it is called "high idle". It will idle high to warm up faster. After running the car for a bit it will idle at a normal rpm.
