I was speeding through an intersection with a dip in the middle of which i did not know about at the time. Before I knew it, I was air born and bottomed out when i hit the ground. It must have looked retarded to all those watching at the lights lol.

 

i think every car i have owned has had at least some air time. my 93' mercedes had the most by far.

 

Also guilty of "Dukes and Hazarding" it when I first got it. I was on a back road I was unfamiliar with and at the top of third gear I hit a massive recession in the road that sent me aiming for the moon like ET. I could have sworn I heard that Dukes of Hazzard horn in the background...

you do know that mitsubishi's test track has a built in 50mph jump right? lol

anyway, I've jumped mine more than a handful of times...never on purpose, but always fun. I've jumped it with the stock suspension, and a few times with the suspension it's got now. sometimes I wish I still had the stock stuff just so I could jump more often.

 

Never jumped mine but my friend's has been driven by a rally driver and he went fast enough to jump it at a place I didn't even think it would be possible to jump from. Mind you, the way he spoke to me about it, I don't think he was doing the speed limit

 

Subie people jump it so it breaks... it is an easy excuse to get a new car (since they all want an Evo
