Seat Covers?

Do they even exist for the Evo's recaros? If so, which is the best brand? Where can I get them? I can't seem to find them anywhere... Thanks in advance!

They sell replacement seat covers for those of us with higher mileage cars and worn bolsters, its nothing new.

To answer your question, I havn't been able to locate anything either. Wet okole doesn't make anything for an evo application, and neither do most of the normal shops I've dealt with seat covers. Your best bet would be to track down a newer set of OEM seats, contact Katzkin, or find a local upholstery shop. Good luck

Your probably not going to find seat covers because seat covers make cars look cheap in my opinion.. And not many evo owners want that.

Your best bet is new seats or an upholstery shop

I'm a carpenter and i go to work with my evo and my trunk if full load of tools. When the day is over, I am sometimes dirty as hell so I putted a cheap black sheet over the recaro's driver side. But a real seat cover would be more practical for me too when i work.

So the question is not so stupid in that case.

The cheap costco / sams club ones for the front work decently, but they aren't 100% fitment.

Back when I was still living in HI, I went to a local vendor that made custom made seat covers.

It cost me $450 for front and rear in all black neoprene, so it provides some decent waterproofing.

Other than that, there are no known companies that make seat covers for the evo.

If you plan to use them because you work at a dirty job or are hauling dirty things, just buy a cheap universal fit set at Walmart, Target, ebay, etc. for $30-40. Ebay has a bunch and some are fitted for Evo's, but again unless they are for keeping your stock seats clean, they look very rice indeed.

I used to use a cheap set of seat covers on my old Bride seats in my GSX whenever I went to the mechanic and when I had my old car transported. They did a good job as they had some nasty stains and wear on them over time.

When I change my tires/rims each season I do the same with the back seats, but I use a table cloth from the dollar store. Works great!
