I had one of those break on my after market O/P sensor a long time ago. I ended up taking the screw out and just putting an o-ring terminal on it and attached it using that.

i made my own tab and drilled a hole just big enough for the screw to fit in.. ill take some pics.. im pretty impressed at my skills ahaha

yeh it looks like it was completely ripped out which sucks.. i wanna pull the black nipple thingy off but not sure if i can get it back in if i have to
