My poor evo
So I was driving home about to get off the freeway from work when I hear a loud bang. Once I got off the freeway I check my car out and discover that I had been hit by a rock. So I drive over to where this happened off the freeway and find police already there scouting the area out. No one was found but this is what I was left with.
Rocks did that? Are you sure they were not shooting BB Guns? Damn... or is that a tin-foil door?
That's crazy. I hate that happened to you though....
In our town some ********* decided it would be a good idea to steal mailboxes and throw them off bridges onto the interstate. We hung their asses. They are going to prison for 35 years. Then they'll rot in hell. Good riddance to rubbish, some ****ers need to die. ...and when their cocky asses get to prison they probably will. =)

yeah that's ruff I have a dent in my door and a cracked tail light due to kids with bb guns and their parents wouldn't own up to their kids ****. Couldn't do nothing about it
It sure looks like you got hit by shotgun fire. Setting aside that I've never seen a commercial BB gun that could penetrate a door skin that well before, but that would have to be one fast shooting, accurate person to have a group that close together on a moving car. I'd be hard put to group that well with a BB gun from 25 feet and I fire Expert every time I qual. A shotgun would also explain why the police responded so quickly.
Sorry to see that man. Hopefully it all gets straightened out soon! A few months back I was driving under a bridge and I heard a loud crack. Then I noticed my windshield had a huge crack running right along by the wipers. I drove back to the bridge to see 2 kids standing by a pile of rocks, lobbing them off the bridge. I can't stand when people screw with other people's stuff just because they're bored.

I had a similar thing happen to me a few years ago on one of my cars. Kids were throwing rocks at passing cars and managed to hit my roof and left a nasty gash in it. I came around the corner and pulled in behind where they threw the rocks from and found them hiding in a yard throwing more rocks over a fence on to the road below. I managed to tackle one of them and distribute a pretty good beating in order to "detain" him until the police got there.
By the time the cops came I was sitting on his head and there were 3 other cars who he and his friend had hit with rocks. He gave up his friends name and address with a quickness once the cops came.
I managed to get a full paint job and new rims out of the deal after suing the parents.

There is no way a rock would hit with that kind of force to make a mark like that. Most likely a rock would drag across the door and leave a much smaller mark/dent. Glad you're ok though!
