Holy crap. This just started doing it on mine. I have a Boomba TB and AEM standalone. Sucker will go to 2,500RPM and stay there. You can accelerate and will come back down to 2,500 for a minute. Nothing hanging in the plate as it's smooth opening. I just put an idle control on October. It really sucks!!!

I dont lift my foot off the gas when im racing, my car shifts fine. Whats preventing you from shifting fast?

was this ever solved? i have on 03 evo8 with a stock tb that hangs rpms after any throttle over 40% and over 4000rpm when i put in the clutch. it looks like i dont know how to drive and i watched my tps in evoscan to verify it wasnt binding
