I am aware you aren't supposed to tow an Evo on a dolly because of the transfer case and the wheels spinning at different speeds- but is it possible to flat tow for a short distance say a mile or so? Since all 4 wheels are spinning roughly the same it would just be like coasting in neutral I think. If I am wrong please let me know I thought I would ask before messing something up. Basically my car is at my apartment a mile ish from the garage I am moving it to and since it doesn't have the turbo kit on right now it isn't exactly drivable. Thanks in advance

Yes you can do that as essentially as you said it will be like coasting in neutral

 

Just have it out of gear and you should be fine.
