Ill be in Wayne tomorrow if i hear a boom at night ill know what it was.

you do have the FP oil feed line correct? might need a donut gasket check yours out.

you don't need to go to a mitsu dealer for freakin nuts and bolts.... go to an autoparts store or a lowes or home depot.. bring your old ones with you for reference. i believe they are something like m10x1.25.

i have some of the copper crush washers and a oil drain tube gasket if you need. i'm a short ride down 23 from you

^+1 on what that guy said. Im buddy buddy with my local hardware store now. and mitsu will bend you over for a .20 cent bolt
theres always Fp and their $8 exhaust side manifold bolt.

heres some pictures guys of my current work lol... not the cleanest right now.

i was at home depot getting new bolts and the guys like you cant buy these for cars they wont work... you are correct on the size btw haha! ill go back tomorrow and get them as i misplaced all of the bolts now lmfao... this isnt a job for me haha oh well. im confused on one part though i got the fp oil line and i know i have to attach one side to the oil housing the straight part and then it plugs to the filter... which side does it plug into on the filter from the oil housing does it go into the black side or the steel side?

theres an arrow on the filter housing that points toward the turbo. (i think thats what your talking about)

from the head? i forget the exact size but it was a short bolt (just went in there with the banjo bolt) with a copper washer does not leak and i know its flush on the other side of the head.

i cant see your pics i geuss i messed up the password or something to many times. if you have the stock banjo bolt in the head its going to leak the washer isn't big enough for the hole on the bolt. thats why i went out and bought a short bolt for that hole.

what size do i need do you remember? i want to write a list so idont forget anything im going to need lol. trying to make this as easy as possible... better yet i see you live in nj you mind stopping by lmao?

just bring the banjo bolt and mind a match "maybe" 1/2'' 3/4'' long.

a list:
brad penn oil
coolant
check the filter in the oil line.
torque the manifold to head 36lbs
i found it easier to put the turbo on the manifold than put the manifold on.
have tbolt clamps for the IC piping nice and snug.
prime the car once or twice make sure oils in the turbo
its really easy to do.

i would normally come to help but i just cant tomorrow.
