Well, you're gonna need new gaskets to ensure that they last. I'm sure then ones you have on there now have been degraded by the heat.

i installed my fp green a 3 months ago... new gaskets... new banjo bolts... and there is a thread with torque specs... use the search menu. i suggest upgrading the oil drail just out of sheer hatred for the bolts on the turbo side... a more flexible hose would have to be easier... you'll see if you dont heed the advice. i greased nothing myself... when all is said and done and you are ready to start the car... disconnect the spark plugs and turn the ignition til the oil pressure raises and circulates some oil through the turbo... tada... after you turn the motor enough reconnect the plugs and enjoy the lag and all the hp

thanks for the answer guys, i just attempted to get some of the bolts off and holy **** are they on tight/rusted. its so hard to get them off you would think after 20k miles on the turbo it would be nice and easy to get them off... lol and you say bolt it on take the spark plugs out lets the oil go through the turbo... enjoy the hp... lol dont you think getting a tune would be the next step, not go out and enjoy the hp lmao

yeah.. obviously there should be a tune in there... i hope you would get that on your own... but in all fairness i'm probably a bigger smart *** then you are so nice job beating me at my own game....

as far *** the bolts... pb blaster... spray every twenty minutes for an hour... then let it sit over night and spray again before you start tearing it apart... its never failed me... best of luck

I dont know your timeline, but from doing this myself twice now i can tell you that if you rush it you will only break more things. Take your time and if you dont have time then maybe you should wait until you do no sense in getting in a hurry, just my opinion.

You need a new MAF tube since your stock intake is obviously to small for the Black. Get new copper crush washers for both coolant banjo bolts and for your oil banjo. Get new oil drain tube gaskets. You need a bolt to plug the stock oil feed on the head. You need some high temp tephlon tape for the new oil feed line on the fitting that you will be screwing into the oil filter housing.

Good luck

You say yo have no time to order everything? Why the rush? In my opinion I would not rush doing a turbo install, get the right parts the first time. No need to cut corners.

Good luck

Right or your car will be down for the count until who knows when.

Also look into getting (if you do not have allready) A coupler for turbo>intake. The black has a pretty huge mouth on her

I would check your local mitsu dealer for the exhaust mani studs & bolts. Or a performance shop near by that works on evos.

You can possibly get away with getting screws from a local hardware store for the bolts that go to the turbo..just make sure you have the correct thread pattern & length. But its all up to you what you do obviously.

yeah the local mitsu dealer is most likely going to take forever though. should i use locktite around the bolts when i put everything back together? also the coolant lines are a pain in the *** to move out of the way. im going to post up some pictures when i get the chance, im gunna clean the area a bit too, what should i use to clean with. i also have oil residue in my intake piping not the intake though its clean!
