The o-ring on the side by my measurements is ID 17mm OD 19mm making the o-ring 1mm wide. Mine broke in half when trying to get it off. I had an o-ring that has an ID 17mm, but OD was abit too much at 20mm, so have to buy one tomorrow. My BISS is also leaking, that o-ring appears to be ID 7mm OD 9mm, same 1mm wide. Hopefully I can get these two tomorrow and get rid of my boost leaks.

Greg,

How did it work out? I may just get these o-rings too. I think my 70mm TB is leaking

I just put those halves back together and put the clean side on the inside. I don't think it matters though. Maybe some light silicone, but I wouldn't glue it.

PM the member on here "Aby@MIL.SPEC". He rebuilds mods/rebuilds stock tb's and I got him to send me one of those orings. I tried going to a parts store and sourcing my own, but never with any luck.

Just use this. I got this at Home Dep. It was a snug fit, but works great!
