This same exact thing happen to me when I still lived in vegas with my cousin and sister in her brand new xb. Person was driving a friends truck and tried to give false info, luckly my cousin works for metro in vegas and was able to get all the info of the actual owner of the truck with the license plate number. We filed a lawsuit cause my cousin got really bad whiplash and me and my sister got mild whiplash and after a couple months we all got a check for $4000. HAHA about half of that went towards the EVO

 

You should post her info and we will all write here letters telling her how much of a douche we think she is as the evo community

I hate to hear stories like this. Some one near me just had there EVO stolen from a deli when they went in just to pick up an order they called in. They were only in there for like 5min. Sorry man! Hope you can find another JDM rear as i want one myself!

 

Just ordered the last one available from Driveline! So the lady is now claiming that she didn't cause all that damage and that I had previous damage. The claimant even knows that she caused all of it, so it's she's causing a pause on everything.

to the OP..... if you suspect the person is giving you BS... after you get their info or write down their plate. Call the cops and explain to them you are hurt. No one can question if your hurt or not... when you were the one that got hit in the ***.

You don't know if you are hurt after an accident. You JUST DON'T KNOW... It happened so fast.... you didn't expect it.... Why didn't she stop???



You'd never know... sometimes adrenaline kicks in, but after it wears out, your back or other things could hurt. What a B*&^%! But, unfortunately, it's typical in California.

 

Just an FYI, your case loses a lot of merit if you do not go to a hospital or a doctor shortly after the accident.

 

I was not hurt and I'm not going to pretend. I just want my car fixed.
