Recommended Turbo rebuild shop

I have a brand new 9 turbo with only 1300 miles on it. It leaks oil and I need to have it rebuilt. Who do you guys recommend to have this done? I can't afford to have to buy a new turbo. I did search but found mixed reviews about Blouch and FP. Thanks guys.

Are you looking to uprade to larger internals? Or keep it at OEM specs?

If it's just a seal, do it yourself. Has either wheel made contact with the housings? As long as the wheels are good just open it up, swap in stuff from a rebuild kit, and it's good.
This isn't a IX turbo, but the basics are the same;

@blknblubkrdude: I'm thinking of just keeping the stock specs.

@turbolarry. Good idea.
