Aem uego or innovate wideband
I'm curious as to how many people, of the mass, who voted for the AEM Uego unit has actually tried the Innovate presuming we're all talking about the LC-1 unit. I just went through this same dilemma and decided to purchase the MTX-L unit from Innovate. Innovate states it to be faster and more accurate than the "Uego" but have yet to install it. Anyone have an experience with these?

Attached is something I just picked up on a rx7 forum. Thought some may be interested.

I was planning on replacing my AEM with the Innovate one but after reading this thread, I might just buy another AEM (current one doesn't work like it did when I first got the car).
I've had the LC-1 and have AEM UEGO currently. The plus about LC-1 was I didn't have to make a serial cable to connect to my laptop. The negative was the frequent calibrations. If I had to choose again I would have chose UEGO in the first place. Plus the gauge looks nice

I have owned 2 LC-1's and didn't have much a problem with them, Install was definitely a pain, since a friend of mine helped who owns the aem and he said his aem was way easier. Frequent calibration seems to be an issue as well
I will definitely be trying the AEM next time.

I have the AEM UEGO, and it's not as responsive as i would like it to be. There's like a 1-2 second delay on the gauge itself, since it was new. I've read that few other people have the same symptoms.
Waiting on A-pillar, but I went innovate. With the xd-16 gauges a ssi 4 and a map 3 sensor you'll have everything you need. Boost, AFR, and 3 additional 5v sensor availability. I had the whole thing set up on the fastest peice of wood
in my basement calibrating it, changing colors and warnings, and generally just screwing around. The xd-16 gauges come with a button on them to recalibrate the AFR. *Warning* you need the SSI4 or Auxbox? to power the map3 5v sensor for boost. The Lc1 works with the xd-16 as a single unit. Logworks is cool, but without a Ecu connection it's just monitoring standalone sensors seperate from anything else(ssi4). The aux box has other features I didn't car to monitor. Seems a little redundant on a vehicle that has most of this info accessible from Evoscan.
