What did you pay for YOUR (non X) Evo??
my 2003 GSR had 27,500 original miles on it...I had several reputable mechanics check it out, everything was clean. Just needed new brake pads really 
I dished out $15,100, not including taxes and registration and all that nickel and diming our govt. looooves to do. Still, it is a STEAL: came with 18" rims and a couple basic mods too. Worst things on it were a couple little scrapes on the rear bumper, otherwise VERY clean. But even in fair condition (if it had rust, needed servicing and reconditioning) it still runs $17,215 on KBB. Excellent condition it's $19,415.

Was stock beside exhaust and aem intake
Picked mine up off an individual who was moving and needed the money to buy a truck he still owed 9k on it and I picked it up for 13k 2 years ago almost stock with 79k. So he only made 4k off it I got the better end of the deal I think, only problems with it was the driver side seat has the normal wear spot on the side.
