It's just to the right of the injector resistor pack. Located on the firewall.

Fuel pump resistor. Bypass it and you will run full voltage at idle (and rich).

Does it ground out thru the chassis of the car? I want to relocate it and it might no be touching sheet metal, would that work?

No. That would be bad if it grounded Go ahead and relocate it. Be advised, it might get warm/hot but I'm not sure.

What I mean to say is in the stock location it's bolted to a metal bracket and to the body. I may attached it to a plastic bracket.
