ok so after i changed my power steering reservoir to the weapon r reservoir n filled the container passed the second hole for the top hose and then after starting my car n driving it, it started to whine especially when turning or when i go passed 2k rpms, any ideas y its whining?

 

did you bleed the system. see your owners manual or google

I havent done anything to my power steering pump or fluid yet after taking it out of storage it whistles like a *****.. I got it looked at and the shop said theres nothing i can really do about it its not bad they said idk how it couldnt be.
