Anyone know if a 90-94 eclipse gsx IAC is interchangeable with an 03 evo 8?

 

nope has to be a 2000 up 4cyl i belive i use one off a 2001 eclipse works fine

 

Pretty sure it won't work as well based off my old 1g.

 

It wont work because of the pin configuration.

 

I think someone said they cross listed the Evo IAC and found out some Chrysler part would work as well... I just bit the bullet and bought a new one, 350 bucks, FML.

wont work. like everyone else said 2000+ eclipse/sebring/stratus coupe 4 cyl are the same. I do know these things a pretty expensive (autozone quoted me 300) so if you havent tried just cleaning your old one id start there. otherwise by an evo 9 one theyre not plastic and will actually last

 

mine went out last year and i had to get it from the dealership. i went to autozone and napa and they didn't have any at all and said it was dealer part only. but yea it's pretty expensive for that part.

 

Yes, get one at amazon. $165-$200. Save yourself some money.
