Ok, I've cleaned up this thread and removed all the idiotic sexist comments. Next one, I get my banstick out.

Knock it off horndogs, if you had comments like that to you after you got in an accident, how would you feel?

Yeah I would say that was definetely the wrong turn. Sorry to hear about your car. I can't see insurance not paying for it. Hopefully you will have it all fixed soon.

Wow that sucks. Glad you are ok. I'm surprised there wasn't more damage since she was driving that giant SUV.

She was going up a little hill, so thats what kinda slowed her down, which is nice. The carbon fiber hood that I have. cost my brother $700 and it is a TS2 seibon hood, so I hope its a real one, if not, they will still pay for it lol. I would hate to do a lawsuit, but if I had to, I guess I would.

The insurance company told me that they have yet to decide if that other girl is at fault, even with the cop being there saying directly to her, it was! so they will not pay for my car rental. They said, I will have to pay for it and if they find her at fault, they will reimburse me. Her company will not get back to her until Tuesday (of course, gotta love business days). I don't have a car until then I guess =(

Your insurance company sounds difficult. One the cop said it was her fault, and second in your pictures youre still waiting to exit and not even in the road. Well good luck, hope your insurance pays out

Do you have rental car reimbursement on your auto insurance policy?

By the 2nd pic you have posted, you need to change your rotors. I can see the lip on that thing a mile away!

Bottom line, insurance companies will bend you over if they can. To make it short and sweet, I was in a rollover accident as a passenger and recieved a concussion from the accident, and because of that I lost my job. I had to sue the insurance company because they believed i was partially at fault for "assuming the risk" when riding with and incompetent driver. I was wearing my seatbelt.
On a brighter note, good to hear that it wasn't a very serious accident and that you're allright. Cars are replaceable, lives are not.
