some reckless driver decided to ruin my baby!

Well today was an awesome day. I was going to turn left and some girl hit me on the side of my vehicle. The cops came and yes, it was her fault 100%. My car has light mods on it and my cars carbon fiber hood got messed up. My car looks like crap. I needed to vent on here, because I hope people have had this happen as well.

Seems like the insurance company is trying to get out of this one, since the other driver said it was a mechanical problem... and that is why she hit me. I do have pictures of them putting gas in the chevy blazer.... she ran out of gas!

Wait wait wait, she ran out of gas so she couldn't stop?..not sure how that works, and was she going straight or turning right, it kindof looks like she was aiming for you haha. Anyways if insurance doesn't pay out (which I don't see why they wouldnt) definently sue man, it may suck but that's gotta be atleast $2000 in damage. On the bright side it isn't totaled

So she ran out of gas, car died and she couldn't steer that badboy off the road fast enough without power steering...mechanical failure my ***! I wouldn't feel bad for sueing at all if insurance wants to back out.

Thats a problem, this car was totaled before, but that should not be the case, since she hit me! She said to me she ran out of gas, but she told the insurance company her car broke down... either way, its a nuisance!

If your evo has a salvage title then that makes sense, sadly. But there's no reason her insurance shouldn't cover it, that is if she has any

If your engine cuts from no petrol you lose power steering and brake pressure. It's still their fault if they don't put gas in their car. What mechanical fault does she think happened?

This insurance company seems to be stubborn, but like most, they never put out or at least try not too.

The insurance shouldnt cover to fix her car, but fix yours since she caused the damages indirectly. I would sue her insurance company. That would reap the highest rewards.

Another reminder on why 90% evo guys are complete retards .. Way to ruin a thread ...

Sucks about your car , you can always go threw your insurance company and just pay deductible to repair your car .

Is that you in the third picture on the phone? If so there is a chance your evo tried to kill it self and jumped in front of the blazer.
