i got a weird engine noise on my evo 9 ,also when you go to press the pedal for the clutch you feel a vibration too.

Honestly dude I can't tell anything from that video. It sounds like a Powerstroke Diesel under the hood.

If it sounds like a pulley/bearing rattle, I'd start by holding a long screwdriver, point-end onto the accessories and see if I could feel a vibration. You want to be careful here. Don't stick it into anything spinning, and definitely don't drop it.

Otherwise, I'd probably pull the serpentine belt and spin the pulleys while looking for noise. Don't feel bad though, I have a noise that I'm trying to identify at 3800 rpm while driving. Good luck.

 

it got something to do with clutch either throw out bearing or pressure plate

 

Then it's likely the throw-out bearing. I've had that issue before, and may have it now with the 3800 RPM noise I'm getting.
