hit 100k...safe for more power?

My brother gave me his Evo 8 and I hit 100k this month putting my first 5k on it. I was wondering how safe additional mods would be. Currently I have a turboback, FMIC, intake, cosworth 264 cams, valves, retainers, springs, fuel pump, stock bottom end, stock turbo, stock clutch, stock injectors and a tune on 21lbs putting down 350awhp and around 315tq . I would like to know how much power porting my intake and exhaust manifolds, and turbo would yield me? What can I do with my evo to yield about 380-390 awhp without jeopardizing safety and comfort. I prefer not to run meth and I do understand a new clutch would be ideal for more power. So i'm looking for safe, economical options without having to get a new turbo or new bottom end please give me some advice!

It is very very hard to get close to 400 on the stock 8 turbo without meth or e85. You'll be flowing more air but you'll need more fuel. On the stock 8 turbo it pushes a lot of air anyway so you would perhaps get 20-25 out of all that work, if that and removing the IM is a lot of work. For the time to remove it and have it ported the right way by a company like MAP or Buschur you could probably upgrade your turbo and be there.

I bet your turbo is cracked right now and you dont even know it. When evo turbos hit around 70k they tend to get a small crack in the oiling area due to heating up and cooling off thousands of times. My car ran great at 60k i bought a fp green and when i took my old turbo apart it had a small crack in it. No noticable oil burn or anything like that, but it is a disaster waiting to happen.
