My evo won't start after rebuild..video included

just rebuilt my engine so i know theres nothing wrong with it, theres gas, alternator is fine, i thought it may be my immobilizer cuz some of its connection wires are cut but i don't think it is. It turns over sounds like its about to start..but can't has anyone had this same experience or know what the problem may be based on the video i uploaded? your help would be very much appreciated. Thanks. I can give more details if you need them.

I would start by making sure your MAF is plugged in, your crank position sensor, cam angle sensor, etc...

Then, if all is... pull hte timing covers off and double-check all your timing marks. Sucks, but that's prolly the issue. (Assuming you didn't change other things during the build - fuel, etc...)

If this was a build. check to make sure your crank trigger plate is not on backwards and also the cam sensor trigger is not on backwards.

Can you explain this further what wires are cut? Are they the same key/ECU that were previously with the car?

yes, the same key/ecu its all stock. the immobilizer is an aftermarket one from insurance and there are what appears to be 3 thicker black wires coming out of the immobilizer device that are cut...i am also currently checking all sensors.

Try holding your gas pedal to the floor and cranking it... kills the injectors... or is that just a dumb idea

double check all sensors, but i def would check timing first. if its off you don't want to risk damage

have you done the basic checks yet? Spark tester, fuel pressure, compression. Are your plug wires hooked up properly? I know of a few people that have mixed those up
