if i was you ,forget evos and play w/skylines

 

that's what i did, got in japan and went straight for a skyline. trust me, they are great cars, but they aren't all they are hyped to be. I will have a skyline's *** for dinner n my evo. Well, a stock one, anyway, hehe. There are some crazy skylines that shut me up out here. I had one GTR i raced and as soon as we left the line, he had me by like 2 car lengths, i just gave up. it was fun though.

 

other than mod potential skylines even GTRs are FAR FAR overrated here in the states. I mean an EVO VII RS or evo 8 FQ300, will beat a skyline in 1/4th if their both stock, and the skylines handling isnt all that amazing...

I think its more the fact we dont get em here, so thats why we want them, lol. O wells in 2007 were getting the skyline, and its going to have 400hp + according to Autmobile Magazine.

If any have watch best motoring videos before, generally the EVO is right with a skyline, in lap times and in races their pretty even. Skyline usually does better on long straights as it has the better top end.

 

FINALLY, someone agrees with me. You never know until you experience it. The skyline is so overhyped in the states. Don't get me wrong, it's still a great car and probably one of the best inline 6s in the world. But i still love the evo, the evo and skyline were at the top of my list of cars and i'm lucky to have had both by 20 years old. Sometimes it's good to be in the air force, hehe

 

It's all about prefrence, I love my evo and wouldn't give it up for a Skyline unless it was an R33 or R34

i know a sti or evo can take a stock skyline.hell a stock R34 is nothing but a big boat.theres like a prestige with a skyline,im talking about a R34.couldnt care less for a 32 or 33
