evo 8 brake reservoir question

does anyone know how I can get fluid out of my brake lines if the reservoir is blocked by the strut bar. Can I bleed fluid out through the nipple in the calipers?

What are you trying to do? Running the brake system dry is something you want to avoid if possible. Purging all the air after this is done can sometimes be a very difficult job.

If all you need is to get under the strut bar, remove the bar.

And go buy a cheap turkey baster at the dollar store.
They are perfect for sucking out brake fluid.
When you're done... throw it away.
