Okay so I installed the AEM AFR UEGO gauge today. And the original 02 had the spacer in it to delete the cel and I figured that wouldn't be a good idea to have on there with the wideband to be accurate. My exhaust only has one 02 bung by the cat delete so that's the one I used ( I know this is not as accurate as on down pipe) but now I have a check engine light. I have ecu flash and my cable is still in shipping. So here is the question.

My car was previously tuned by some guy in europe. When I get ecu flash can I modify the tuned flash just so the 02 CEL is disabled? Or can you not pull the tune off the ECU?
I'm just curious if I can just modify that one thing. I don't wanna start the tune from Scratch...

 

Yes sir you can just disable the rear O2 in the ROM then flash it back in. This has no effects on the other mapping

just get a tuner to delete it off your ecu
