wizzo u might wanna look at your valve guides while your in there, if the valve guides wear out, then the valve can move even a bit side to side, that might explain part of your valve seal issues imo.

I have seen Supertech's cut the LS seal that they supply. That is a shooting match it seems, sometimes they are fine, others they turn the car into a 2 stroke.

The car only has 45k miles. No excessive play. I actually contacted Supertech to get there opinion. Turns out the springs I have are the 120lb springs and the inner spring has a smaller inner diameter. They said these are only for very high boost drag racing applications and not for a DD. They said the 95lb springs have a bigger inner diameter and will give more clearance to prevent the seal from popping off. It will also free up some HP. They are selling me the 95lb inner springs only so hopefully this will fix my problem.

I run BC springs here with S2s with no issues! The car previously had BC 272s with the same BC springs. The springs have been in the car for probably 10k miles without any issues. However, if I didn't already have the springs installed I would've gone with GSC. Spend the extra cash for the GSCs for extra insurance.

Neither, spend the extra money and get yourself a set of Kiggly Beehives. Do it right the first time and never have to worry about them.
