PTE 1200 injector users

Just wondering if other people using pte 1200 injectors have startup issues?

My car hates starting when the engine is warm. It starts up perfectly when the the engine is cold but whenever the coolant temp is warm the car barely starts. I have to give it throttle for it to start, otherwise it just cranks and dies without starting. Sometimes it'll start then rpms drop to 500 and hangout and the car will either recover or die, or sometimes I'll keep the rpms at 1500 for a little bit to let it start.

I doubt its the tune..

The only problems I can possibly think of are battery and injectors so if anyone else has any ideas let me know

I would say definitely the tune. I run PTE 1200's, no issues with E85.

I agree it is the tune. I run PTE 1200's as well without issue.

Had the damn same problem but with the fic. I took it back to the tuner but it didnt solved. This issue is very annoying, go to another tuner and get it fixed

I use pte 1200's and you have to crank the car longer if its warm outside and the engine is got/warm... But only if its been sitting for a little bit.

I'm currently one pte 1200 and I have the same problems. They said the injector spray nozzle is too big or something like that. It been awhile and I just got used to it. Bump the idle to 1200rpm, and gas it a tad on a warm start lol. Once it gets started, the car picks up idle and stays started haha.

Just curious, you guys who say your pte1200s have issues, where did you buy the injectors from?

To those who's injectors don't have issues, where did you get them from?

I compared my pte1200s to my friends pte1000s and they look quite different. His say PTE on them and mine don't...

That is what mrfred said in the above posted thread. I'm near 100% sure that is the issue all of us are having with the pte 1200s. When I took off my valve cover my engine wreaked of E85... there is nothing wrong with my tune. I'm considering contacting the seller on ebay or contacting PTE and giving these injectors back to them...

Update : I zeroed out the last 2 columns in my cranking primer initial pulse table. So far the starting has improved but my idle seems a little lean...
