Sunroof delete panel.

Someone should make one of these or something similar for us EVO guys. Great option for people who don't want to spend $1200 for a CF roof or purchasing an MR/RS roof + labor. I believe the weight savings from the entire sunroof assembly is up near 40lbs.

Im not sure those nuts and bolts sticking down towards your head is such a good idea. Maybe if the hardware to mount it is flush against the roof would be better. Something to consider if you hit a bump when driving, are a taller driver, or possibly your helmet getting scraped by that hardware.

I guess if you want to eliminate the glass why not just have the carbon fiber roof piece just bolt into the sunroof rails in place of the glass? You could still have a functioning sunroof without the glass.

Looks like that was a pic without the headliner on.

Having this cf piece and still using it as a sunroof would be pretty cool.

this is a cool piece, but doesnt offer the weight savings of either the MR roof or the carbon roof, since the actually roof is made of steel instead of aluminum from the MR or Carbon....you save weight but if i was going to ditch the sunroof id just completely get rid of it
