RPS Carbon Twin disc Rivet problems!!!!!!!
So I bought my Evo a few months ago. A few days ago i did a hard 1st to 2nd shift, and I started getting this crazy noise from my clutch every time I let out...so I pulled the trans Sunday, this is what I found...Now I already ordered from TTP and installed a ACT HDg6 and prolite flywheel, so please don't post I should just rebuild the RPS!! Just seeing if anyone else has had this happen to there RPS twin and giving a heads up to others about RPS!

Haven't seen anything like this before. That's just crazy looking.
I just installed the same ACT clutch but have yet to drive my car. Guess we'll see how that goes. Hope it works out for you.

huh???? It's a Carbon clutch there is no metal in the friction pads and carbon only touches other carbon pads, ill post pics if you haven't ever seen one..the flywheel has carbon inserts, and the pressure plate does too..

Im having an issue with my Twin Disk RPS right now as well, I think the TOB/Slave took a crap on me. I will be pulling the Trans this weekend and will let you know if I have anything that looks like that!
BTW was the cluch really noisy when down shifting or shifting through the gears normally? just wanted to know, mine makes some noise but I guess we will see on Saturday...
