One headlight turned pink tonight.

Just wondering of anyone ever experienced this before.

I noticed my passenger HID headlight was pink-ish in hue. They other side normal.

I went back through some threads, some say bulb and others ballast.

I guess I'll get some bulbs just incase.

Thanks for any input of what you think it is, if it has ever happened to you.

that usually means that the bulb is going bad or went bad. you should be ok with just getting bulbs, as i would do both sides.

From my experience, thats a bulb going bad. If it were a ballast, it would flicker and not want to come on sometimes.

Nah, they were from a set of headlights I got used at 209k.

But yeah, the drivers one is about 9 years old. So it wasn't too bad, LOL
