Do you have pics of yours you would send me, were trying to incorporate as much knowledge (less revised versions) as possible to come out with a great working one.

I was planning on making one this march...if you find any measurements or templates or whatnot post them up. I was just gonna follow the DIY for the wood splitter though...just less ghetto to use aluminum haha.

I actually went to change my oil a couple weeks ago and got under the car and there was no under tray...I was like WTF hahahah god knows where it is now...

Low curb monster get it?

Interested in what this one piece would like, but it definitely needs a plate and sectioning like the beat brush to be practical

Alumalite is the way to go. A 4x8 sheet costs about $80 and weighs 22lbs. You can make 2 splitters that stick out 3 1/2"(about the same dimensions as the APR) . Keep it 1/2" away from your downpipe and you'll never have any problems.

To be more functional it needs to stick out closer to 6" which is what were shooting for in our project.

EDIT EVOM these stinking cove atlantis advertisment things suck i now have to navigate around them with my mouse, if i forget all the sudden a video pops up and starts playing **** on me.

I was just commenting on the size of the APR model. Mine is currently 4 1/2". You can feel every 1/2" increment. At 6" I would recommend the thicker alumalite (I use the 1/4") and some good support rods. For a template just remove your front bumper, lay it on the alumalite, trace it, measure out 6" in every direction, and cut. Easy!
