Car shut down

So today I was driving my car I came to a red light. I pulled out and the car kinda bogged like I blew off a coupler; but I was driving normally.
Pulled over and could not find anything and the car wont start. Later I got the car home and checked to fuel pump because I just installed it a few weeks ago. I checked it thru evoscan and it turned on fine. Threw in the old pump just to make sure and it came on as well. I checked all the fuses and they are good. I pulled the fpr off and turned the car over and got no fuel.

How do I check for spark?
Im thinking it could be the cas does anyone have any idea?
How hard is it to change the cas?

Thanks

Don't start throwing parts at it unless you're sure of what the problem is. Do you have any codes? Did you even check fuel pressure? To check spark, you need a spark tester.

Update: Cam timing lines up. I pulled the 2 plugs that dont have the coil over them and they both have spark.
I pulled off the sending side to the fuel rail and turned the car over and got no fuel. I know the pump is turning on cause I can test it thru evoscan.
Where do I go from here?

So you have no fuel pressure but your fuel pump works? Sounds weird to me, if that were the case, you'd have a massive fuel leak between the pump and the rail.

Your fuel pump isnt pushed in enough in the sending unit or you forgot to install the rubber seal on the fuel pump.
