yea im skeptical of buying anything from miami dade county, but remember thats what carfax is for. i have seen a few nice looking evos.

Just a littlte info for you guys looking to buy car out of state. Its risky and make sure the seller is legit as my seller changed his mind about the price after i booked my tickets, he wants more than the agreed priced.

If you have it in any form of written correspondence. He has to sell it to you at the agreed price. It's technically a legal contract if he offered it to you at a price and you accepted.
