I would say either the master clutch cylinder or the slave cylinder. I had the same problem.

Stock clutch, some fluid but more then likely left over grease from WD40, just changed my exhaust manifold over the weekend. 100,000 miles on the car.

happened to me a few weeks ago, if you haven't found the problem yet check your lower clutch line. mine had a small crack, couldn't see it until I pulled the lines off to inspect them.

The TOB might have came loose from the pressure plate. Take the rubber plug out of the bell housing and check. It's not always a loss of fluid problem when the pedal goes to the floor.

stock clutch at 100k thats freakin amazing but my vote is the slave put more fluid in and see if it looses it after pumping the clutch a bunch.

your TOB just went. Look through the inspection plate.

yup these guys are alright, well to rule out the pedal issue, id first try to bleed the clutch, top your brake master cylinder with fluid, bleed your clutch pedal through the slave cylinder, see if your pedal comes back, people usually will change brake fluid but neglect to remember to bleed the clutch pedal, since they both operate off the same fluid reservoir. If you do that and that checks out, then like the guy said a few above me next step is check to see if your TOB took a dump, with a 100k on your car either area likely.

Update,

After removing the intake and the battery I added fluid and stepped on the clutch while my father in law watched for leaks. Sure enough the fluid hit him right in the face. Ordered a one piece replacement line from STM over night of course and advanced auto locally can have the slave to me today so i will replace that while I'm there as well. Thank for the ideas

Glad you found the problem and in the process of repairing , never liked hearing of an Evo that was down.

For future reference, always check to see if the TOB popped out first before trying to bleed the line because if it did, you'll never get the pedal to come back up and stay there. Glad to hear it was just a leaky line though.
