If you are already placing an order with mitsubishiparts.net, why not just add on the oem fasteners with the service kit? I haven't priced them out but are the OEMs prohibitively expensive?

Oh I'm sure they'll be about double what hardware store bolts would be but I'll gladly pay that And you're right, that's basically what I'm going to do thanks to TurboSax's knowledge dropping.

Great thread, I wish there was an engine dress up kit that covered every single bolt, clamp, bracket and plastic clips. I would totally, but that as those darn undertray clips always break!
