Check to make sure the MAF connector didn't become loose.

Not sure if the IX's are the same but on my X the light was one for about a day and after driving for about 50 miles it disappeared. Make sure everything is connected right and give it some time. The car might be adjusting to the new airflow and will eventually go away which is what mine did. GL

yeah it needs to run through a bunch of tests to make sure everything is fine, takes a few miles and some highway driving is needed for some of it.
