I would say around 450 tq on e85. Since you were on 91 might say a bit less just because of the more likely presence of knock. I would also consult MAP. they've tuned enough evos to where they'll have a good answer for you. Great choice of tuner and Turbo! Best of luck.

I suggest head studs if you're going to lift the head. Might as well get it done while you're there.

The mods you have aren't a threat to the block really untill you swap to a larger turbo. Just find a solid tuner and as long as you're not knocking you should be fine.

I have a similar setup to yours:

Kelford 264's
Supertech Dual Valve Springs
3" TBE
Stock o2
Walbro 255
PTE 1200cc
ETS FMIC
9 turbo
arp studs
93 oct/30psi

Made 370 dynojet

you missed the EF3 turbo. either way, with a safe tune that's mindful of torque, you'll be fine.

he was talking about his tune, not the OP. What would be the difference between evo 8 vs 9 with same mods?

Frew... apparently not much. i came close to making what djdnav made on an 8 turbo.

my setup is
arp studs, cometic hg, hks 272's, hks suction pipe, ic and piping, 3" tbe with test pipe, evo 8 turbo with 10.5 hotside, forge wga. car put down 356/364 i think it was on the eculfash vd. car was tuned by Chris @ Mellon Racing on 26psi

there are plenty of people making 400's on the 9 turbo though.

we usually stop pushing for more tq ~ 400 on the stock rods. We have a few guys at 460tq but they were prepared to buy a new shortblock already and just wanted to see what their setup was capable of. As far as I know they are still running fine today but I still don't feel comfortable at that level.

I recommend good motor mounts all around. I'm at 360tq/hp and shifting can be harsh if not careful.

I'm on 9 turbo, stock 9 motor, 3"tbe, mbc, drop in filter, IC+pipes and 255 pump peak 27psi. I don't know why I have such high numbers, I guess every car is different but those numbers are on a Mustang dyno. I definitely expect you to have more than me with that list.

You should be fine on that setup with the stock block. We have a daily driver Evo 9 MR on a very similar setup except using an fp black. The only issue I see is running 91 oct. We generally use e85 but on pump you will have to be more conservative on the tune. If MAP is going to tune it then your in good hands.
